Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Carefully place the shoes in their original box, ensuring all grounding conductive tags and inserts are included.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the connection points and sole integrity, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
