The reason there may be a preference for a flat sheet over a fitted sheet is sometimes, in the winter, people enjoy fleece fitted sheets for warmth. In this case, a flat sheet can go on top of you, and you can still sleep grounded.

These flat sheets are made from cotton with pure silver fibre evenly sewn throughout the bed sheet. The fabric is composed of 95% cotton and 5% silver fibre. You will be grounded to the Earth's essential energy, allowing you to experience effortless health benefits and electrostatic shielding protection.

We offer a variety of bed sizes in flat sheets, including twin, double, queen and king. We also offer three colours: Natural, Grey and Silver. The grey colour is a heavier material with a thicker thread count. The queen-size flat sheet will also work perfectly on a double-size bed. Remember that you will need some bare skin (feet, hands, face, etc.) in contact with the grid of your bed; this will create that beautiful circuit of energetic harmony.

The package includes one silver/cotton bed sheet and one cable to connect to your grounded electrical outlet. These do not come with a Continuity Tester, but if you wish to test your sheets to ensure they are grounded, please add one of our Continuity Testers to your order.

Washing Instructions:
For best results, we recommend washing your earthing sheets every 1-2 weeks with our specially formulated earthing-bedding wash, 'pure. bare.' This gentle, oxidation-preventing formula helps preserve the silver fibres and extend the life and conductivity of your grounding bedding.
